This establishment is AWFUL!!! VERY loud doorbell that goes off everytime the door opens. When I initially called to make my appt, the simply answered the phone "hello?" and I had to ask if it was a dental office. VERY unprofessional. I made an appt for the following Monday. When I arrived they did not have my appt anywhere in their book. After some complaining they offered to get me in. I handed her my insurance card. She looked at it in disgust (Cigna HMO) and said she didnt know how to process this insurance and that they were going to be cancelling any affiliation with Cigna. She sighed and called the insurance company. Then FORTY minutes later when they finally took me back, she explained that it was only an assessment and xrays and I would have to make ANOTHER appt to have my teeth cleaned. I told her my last dentist took xrays and that I get my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months and could I wait till the next appt (assuming they still took my insurance). She refused to clean my teeth without xrays and at that point I walked out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL office. Barely speak English. Dirty furniture in the waiting room that had black hair strewn all over it. Unless you are used to third world conditions and service, do NOT go here.
