Au Contraire, I found the procedure of purchasing the ticket, bus-loading and trip to/from Red Hawk Casino to be an absolute delight. The only problem with communication could be attributed to the receiving-end. Fellow patrons were helpful, when questions were posed and also polite. My only criticism would be the teensy leg-room; but then again, this is catering to persons known to be type-cast as Large in ego, small in physical size. Buses arrive and leave at the appointed times and that alone is a novelty.

The English language seems to be a mystery to offfice workers and bus drivers.
