Provided by YP.comUSE SOMEONE ELSE! We used them for years, over 10 plus years. Came onboard the company, I started to feel that we were getting charges way too much for the service. When we needed to use insurance for an incident we were not even probably covered and had to pay out of pockets. This is where the problem really began. Instead of answering my questions about the prices increases and questioning the policies and helping me understand them, started to strongly feel as if they were just collecting the money and overcharging us on money. They do NOTHING to help us save money and did nothing to get us the best insurance rates possible. We asked Robert for help and said basically nothing he can do so we had to pay. The new receptionist is extremely rude when you call, she gives you major attitude, basically makes you not want to call them which makes it even worse. If your business makes more money, they charge you more money. If a company makes more money, they have more money to cover their liabilities, why would the insurance be raised. Felt that he never wanted to really explain the policies to us and just wanted the fee. We found another broker to help us with quotes and rates and they worked hard to get us EXCELLENT rates for our business insurance and the auto. On top of the horrible rates and attitude on not helping our business, they charged us almost $800 for four days of coverage and gave us some crap excuse of the enormous fees they charge. Until I threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card. That’s when he went into action to itemize the fees, which he never had done before when I tried to ask why is it so much? He was always vague. ON top of that the finance company also charged us MORE money for the cancellation not being done in a timely fashion. I sent him email after email after email and I was told it will sort out. NOPE had to pay another $300. So, there you have it $1000 for a week of coverage is what you get. Major HIGHWAY robbery
