      I have to say that this place is one of the best there is when it comes to tea. They have it all in a specific touch and recipe. I just love it in here.

      Here's another excellent Peets establishment with shocking enough has parking! WHo? What? How did that happen? I have no idea, but maybe people still think it's the bookstore that it was over 20 years ago. Whoops, just dated myself. Nevertheless, they make an excellent and wicked cup of java!
