Provided by YP.comProbably one of the best shops in town when it comes to serving quality coffee. I definitely love their blends.

Provided by YP.comIncredible coffee. There are a lot of gifted people behind that counter. I love the frappe from here as well, a good buy if it’s hot outside.

Provided by YP.comGo ahead, try to find a better spot. And IF (note that I didn't say WHEN) you do, come back and respond to this review, and I promise I will give your recommended spot a fair shake.
Date / date-night? This is your spot! Just the two of you... this is how your evening will go (for the most part):
1. Wait for a seat outside, with some free wine as the fog rolls in (iconically San Francisco)
2. Move inside as the wait time diminishes; enjoy more free wine in a warm ambiance
3. Get pleasantly surprised as your name is announced, and you walk over to your table with your wine-glasses that were topped off only recently
4. Order off the special menu, or the regular menu; they will cook to order too! You can't go wrong with anything. Trust me. I have had everything on their menus.
5. Beyond this, what you do, is entirely up to you. But make sure to thank Pacific Cafe for an excellent start to the evening...
Why, oh why do people like this place? Last I went with a group of friends, we had to wait in the freezing cold outside for over 2 hours, and that's for a group of 4! The decor is very '70s, and the cheap swill-filled glass of wine they give you while waiting isn't worth all the hassle. Moreover, the server was rude and decided to lecture us because we had asked about our salad. A couple of people ordered soup, 2 salads and several appetizers. Well, the 2 soups were served first, 30 minutes passes by and no appetizers, no soups. When we asked the server because everyone were starving by this time and our guests didn't want to eat ahead of us, even though clearly starving too, the server said that this is just how he does things. Absolutely ridiculous. The food was terrible too. Supposed to a seafood restaurant, with spoiled fish. Yuck!

Provided by YP.comI've been a regular at Pacific Cafe for years. It is by far the best sea food in the city, maybe even the best on the Peninsula. Always fresh, my favorits is the halibut parmesean. It is small and cozy with a very comfortable atmosphere. Expect to wait, sometimes up to an hour (or more on the weekend) but (and this is the best part) the friendly host will serve you free house wine while you wait!
