It operates two divisions, including urban real estate and single-family groups. MacFarlane Partners has a joint venture with Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors that manages more than 300 investments in over 15 states with nearly 100 different home builders. The firm s urban real estate group division offers services for urban properties that include approximately 20 million square feet of commercial space and over 27,000 multifamily housing units. Its single-family group division finances the development of nearly 130,000 single-family homes and residential lots. MacFarlane Partners maintains a location in San Francisco.
