I've been in this restaurant for multiple times already and they never disappointment me. The food and service are always great. Pick your cut of prime rib, pick what kind of potatoes you want and pick the corn.

The food is the best! The service is amazing and the place is good too. I highly recommend and I'm definitely coming back to this place.

I'm not usually a fan of red meat, but I'm definitely up for a slice of Prime Rib one in a while. With ALL the hype of HOPR my friends and I decided to go and check it out.

Our experience from the host, wait staff, and quality of food was great. We were having a wonderful experience UNTIL.... I fell and slipped in the bathroom bruising my hip, right knee, and finger. Hopping back to the table, I told our waiter. He informed me that "They just mopped the floors in there." (There were no caution signs indicating a "wet" floor.)
He quickly informed his Manager Scott Christopher who apologized and asked me if I wanted another DRINK?! or a DESSERT?! I declined... He gave me his card and said "Come back again and show me my card, I'll comp you a drink or something." REALLY!!??? Walking from the table to the front door, I noticed that my hip was hurting. I informed the hostess of what had happened and she said "Yeah, our floors are slippery." She calls the manager Scott Christopher,
thinking that all I wanted to do was inform him of this, he yells,

"CALL THE AMBULANCE! CALL THE AMBULANCE!"

Then looks at me and says:

"I don't know what you want me to do for you, don't get mad at me. You want me to call an ambulance?!"

All the while, there were customers everywhere and employees just starting at my friends and I. I was feeling bruised up, not in any way, shape or form needing an AMBULANCE!!!! My friends persuaded me to inform the manager as a precautionary measure. Feeling extremely embarrassed, and belittled I didn't say a word and left.

I'm writing this review the morning after this happened and I'm still in shock of what happened last night. I obviously didn't want anything comped or extra as I refused it and feel that out of courtesy I should have been informed that the situation of the slippery floor in the bathroom was resolved and taken care of.

The Manager Scott Christopher was extremely RUDE, unprofessional and condescending. This is not the type of customer service I would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!! I will definitely contact them if my symptoms/bruising worsen. I will NEVER dine here again!

I haven't been able to see San Francisco, one of my favorite cities to visit, in over 13 years.

But this is the best Prime Rib and Salad in the World!!

For me, it`s one of the best ribs in town, I give thumbs up.
The atmosphere is something. Thank you.

This is one of the best places if you are craving for some prim ribs. It's very cozy and very friendly staffed.

Amazing Prime Rib! Came here on a trip to SF with friends and it was delicious! I would recommending making reservations since it seems like this restaurant is always packed.

I visit this restaurant from time to time and the level of their service improves a lot. The staff are corteous and kind. I also love that the serving time is fast.

The menu is great and the waiting time is accpetable. I would gladly bring my friends here. I'm sure that they would love it here too.

I am not easily pleased. Prime Rib was a great choice and enjoyed the staff.

Great Prime Rib fest for just a little bit more than the other places.

Long wait but the food really is great, sure the wait was supposed to be 15-20 minutes but it ended up being about 30-40 minutes and once we were seated we waited a while for our drink order and apps. The staff was friendly (when we saw them) but overall I was a little disappointed.

We've been eating here since the early 70's and it's still our favorite SF restaurant! The prime rib is fabulous; the salad and cream spinach make the meal complete. Very generous portions; a wonderful culinary experience!!
