I contacted Luis G. Pinillos after finding him in the yellow pages.We have Berber carpets and in a couple of places tread was pulled out.Luis came to the house and repaired the damaged areas to the point that you can't find the spots. Perfect!!The second time I called him was to clean the carpet ans also three stairs.I always used a well known cleaner in the past.Luis is hands down the best. The edges and steps have never looked so clean.In the master bedroom a large glass of prune juice got spilled and trying to clean it up myself was not at all successful. Luis worked very hard at it and it has completely disappeared I highly recommend this company.
