My sister got her beautiful wedding and engagement rings from this place, and yes it does have some interesting pieces. But while i was there with her to look for some earringss, I decided to have the very special cameo ring my dad bought for me in Florence fixed. Dan told me that he would have his "laser guy" laser weld the back of the ring, which has split open. I asked how long it would be and he said "about a week". A week and half later, I called the shop to check it the ring had come back yet. I left a voicemail and received no response. So 2 weeks after I had dropped it off, I called again. This time, Dan was INCREDIBLY rude. He told me that HE would call ME when it was ready. He informed me that sometimes it takes longer, like someone had just gotten something back that they dropped off in JANUARY (and it was now April). ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Why the hell would this guy tell me one week if it could take months??? And, indeed, it has. It has now been over a month, and
