Normally I don't post review but I feel like leaving one for them. Anyway, my garage door was having a problem. It won't close all the way and sometime when it try to close about 2 inches off the ground it goes back up. I call this company referred by my nephew. Gary came over shows up on time and he quickly looks into the problem. he explains what needs to be done. He replaces the hardware on my garage door. Professional and fair price. Later they call me to follow up is everything acting normal. This really show me that they do care there customers. I highly recommend Garage Tec.

I called Garage Tec yesterday and made an appointment for today. Gary and his partner arrived on time and fixed the door within an hour and a half, replacing two broken parts and going the extra mile to adjust the springs and lubricate everything. He showed me the broken parts and explained exactly what the problem was, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely use Garage Tec again and especially Gary and his partner.

I was having problem with my garage door one evening and I was expecting impossible to find an shop that will open that late, and one that wouldn't charge a whole lot for after-hours/emergency. I found Garage Tec and spoke with Gary about the issue, he told me that the problem might be very minor and he can come over right now. Gary drove over (when he was not at all nearby or even in a nearby city!) and fixed the problem in less than 30 min with a great price. He even did a full inspection and lube everything make sure that the door is operate normally. EXCELLENT SERVICE !

Our garage door crashing down late at night. 2 of the technician from Garage Tec was at my house by 8 and out by 8:30, replacing both door springs. Minus one star for them as they advertise 24 hour service but no one answer during that night, returned of call until the next early morning.

Promptness: He called us back right away since line was busy, Arrive on time as scheduled. There window time was reasonable.



Knowledge: He very quickly diagnosed the problem and explain what was the problems clearly. Gave us some solutions up and down the cost range. I chose go with the cheap way and if problems still happen I'll call you back. He didn't wince at this at all and got the repair done quickly and efficiently. In fact the door works like new.
