Founded in 1985, FPA Multifamily, LLC is a real estate investment firm utilizing institutional private equity for apartment investments. The firm has transacted on approximately 85,000 apartment units valued in excess of $7.0 billion and realized investments on over 300 buildings in excess of 55,000 units for over $3.8 billion.FPA Multifamily, LLC and its affiliated property management and general contracting companies employ over 100 professionals and 750 onsite employees who together operate a portfolio of approximately 26,600 apartment units valued at $3.2 billion. The firm is a Manager of equity capital for 10 of the Top 100 US Foundations & Endowments, foreign and domestic pension funds, family offices and top tier fund of funds. Currently, the firm is investing through its value-add focused FPA Apartment Opportunity Fund V which will acquire approximately $1.4 billion of assets and its core plus focused FPA Core Plus Fund III which will acquire approximately $500 million of assets.
