With respect to unsecured debts, Suzanne specializes in settling unsecured personal and business credit cards, lines of credit, and recourse mortgage deficiencies. With respect to real properties, Suzanne specializes in helping clients retain and/or eliminate underwater personal and rental properties. If clients want to retain a property, she assists them with loan modifications, the settlement of underwater second mortgages, and other foreclosure prevention options. If clients wants to eliminate an underwater property, she assists them with short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, foreclosures, and the settlement of recourse mortgage deficiencies. Suzanne strives to find solutions that minimize and/or eliminate her clients' personal liability for outstanding debt and tax liability for cancelled debt. Suzanne assists clients with referrals to bankruptcy attorneys and credit repair specialists when appropriate.
