In my practice, I offer individual and couples therapy. I use a combination of the best traditions of talk-therapy with body-centered (somatic) psychotherapy. The effectiveness of this combined approach is based on the results of neuroscience, relationship and mindfulness research. This integrative way of working creates a powerful, focused and supportive way of working together with you. Most of us want to feel safe, seen and understood.
