The company properly evaluated our apartment roof and found it did not have to be torn off. Instead they power washed the roof and applied 5 coats of roof emulsion by spray witrh polyester and white coating. The roof is very bright and seamless. Their equipment is enclosed in a box van and did not create a problem with my neighbors. I recommend Bill to look at your roof.
