Established in 1982, Chinese Community Health Care Association has more than 160 private practice physicians providing health care services in San Francisco through Chinese Community Health Plans, Blue Cross of California, Health Net, PacifiCare, and the San Francisco Health Plan. The association has more than 75 primary care physicians and over 100 specialists. It also offers various affiliated health plans and state-sponsored programs. It additionally offers various community and grants programs. The association is affiliated with Chinese Hospital, California Pacific Medical Center, St. Francis and St. Mary's hospitals, and the University of California. Chinese Community Health Care Association is located in San Francisco.
