I love Brightside Resumes! After I was laid off last year I contacted Brightside to re-write my resume. Cliff made this a very easy process for me. We had a few conversations over the phone about my work history, skill set, and desired outcome for my new resume. He created an entirely new format which I believe is very eye catching and presented my work experience in a way that is easy for the reader to understand and actually makes me sound like a rock star.
I've been getting a lot of hits on my resume recently and in three different interviews my resume was mentioned specifically. The first said that they loved the style and format. The next interview was for a job that I knew I wasn't qualified for but would ideally love to get... they said the reason they called me was that they just "had to meet me because my resume was so impressive". Finally, I had a phone interview last week with a job that is perfect for me and the hiring manager went on and on about the word choices on my resume (i.e. "powered a team") and said that she just couldn't get enough of it. My biggest concern now, do I admit that it was not me that wrote my resume??
I can feel that I'm moments away from my next job and it's all thanks to Brightside Resumes for having represented me so well on paper. They are professional, easy to communicate with, have a fast turn around time, are well worth the money, word smithing gods, and produce a quality product. I will never write my own resume again!!
