Founded in 2000 by nine partners from the Landels Ripley & Diamond, Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp is a full-service environmental litigation and compliance law firm. The firm offers a wide variety of services, including professional liability and complex fee collection cases, securities and business fraud, attorney fee, partnership and employment disputes, commercial real estate and contract litigation, and minority squeeze-out claims. It also offers services in environmental exposure cases, such as property damage and bodily injury and business-related claims, and construction defect matters. The firm has litigated cases involving an array of products, including plumbing systems and components, consumer, electrical, agricultural and petroleum products, underground tanks, household, garden and marine supplies, and industrial chemicals and materials. Additionally, it has litigated against all of the Proposition 65 enforcers in California, such as California s Attorney General, Natural Resources Defense Council, the Environmental Law Foundation, Mateel Environmental Justice Foundation, and Klamath Environmental Law Center.
