- Foundation Installation
- FencingThe work consisted of the construction of buried piping, connections to existing large diameter piping, 60" ball valves, flow meters, electrical and instrumentation equipment, at-grade, below-grade and above-grade concrete structures, metalwork, site grading and paving and fencing. The project is located in Brentwood, CA.
- ExcavationThe work for this project includes demolition, approximately 295 LF of 36” – 54” storm drain, HDPE/DIP sewer, deep excavation, structure concrete, mechanical, electrical, and concrete and asphalt hardscape restoration work. The project is located in City of San Francisco, CA.
- Retaining WallsThe objective of the project consisted of the installation of a city-furnished temporary pump station including foundation, electrical, and piping hook ups and perimeter fencing; demolition of existing pump station including selective removal of mechanical and electrical systems; relocation, and/or salvage of miscellaneous equipment. The work also consisted of the constructing of a new pump station including drilled piers/foundations, temporary shoring and retaining walls; new hydro-pneumatic tanks and compressed air system; security infrastructure system; electrical power distribution systems, SCADA and I&C control systems; perimeter security fence, grading and drainage; existing above ground storage tank FRP installation and painting; irrigation and landscape restoration, and various site improvements. This project is located in City and County of San Francisco.
- Irrigation SystemsThe project was located in Menlo Park near the shoreline of the San Francisco Bay, just south of the Dumbarton Bridge. The Peninsula Sportsmen’s Club used to operate a skeet shooting range at the site, which resulted in deposition of clay pigeon fragments, shotgun shell casings, and lead shot across portions of the site and in the adjacent Cargill Salt Pond. The objective of the project was to furnish and place soil materials to construct a soil cap over remediate lead, arsenic, antimony and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbon affected soils on properties owned by the City and County of San Francisco. The project featured import and placement of soil of cap, grading, construction of storm drainage system, construction of irrigation system and erosion control.
- Residential Roof RepairThe work consisted of the replacement of a valve actuator, installation of marine hatches, grinder pumps and drainage system, fall protection system, steel coating, epoxy lining on wall, leak repairs/injection, patching and roofing work. The project is located in San Bruno, CA.
