They lied to me...they told me that they did not have my car and they did...and then wanted me to pay a week extra for storage when it should have been 1 day.

I was traveling thru S.Fand my truck broke down and needed a tow. Onstar sent Alpha Tow and a driver showed up (nice guy). Its Friday night and the dealer is expecting my truck so they can try to fix it Saturday hoping to get me on the road again. The driver said they were busy and my truck would be at the dealer 7am on Saturday. I called the dealer to see if they found out what happened to my truck, only to find out that they have not seen my truck. I call the tow company and he said that they delived the truck 7am to dealer. I told him that the dealer did not have it and asked where they delivered it. His answer was that I should know where it is because I told him where to take it and then hung up not answer my calls again. I called Onstar and told them, in turn they called the tow company agian telling them taht they dont have it. Onstar tracked it and it was in their storage. He admitted it and then took 4 hrs to deliver it to dealer. They had no time to fix it on Sat.
