Founded in 1972, American International Engineering & Manufacturing is an aluminum sand casting foundry based in San Fernando, Calif. The company provides dry sand and loose-pattern molding, vacuum-form blow mold tooling, reverse engineering of aircraft parts and rapid prototyping with foam. The company has a complete computerized numerical control machine shop and offers specialized heat treatment for dimensional stability of the products and manufactures customized artwork, letters and signs. It provides design consulting and engineering services and its capabilities include casting, machining, painting and assembling. American International is a member of the Society of Certified Manufacturing Engineers, the American Foundry Society and the American Society for Metals.
