i had the bbq when the creole chef Darren Jollevet t was there the meat was so smokey an full off flavor .but i understand he is no longer cooking for ranch town after having the san Dimas tri tip BBQ sandwich the pulled pork was the best i ever had,but since the BBQ has changed several hands and has lost a lot off quality and tenderness and i wouldn't recommend it it is mediocre at best !
