Extremely rude manager. Older white man who looks in his 60's. Not sure his name but this is the second time I have been in there when he's there (on a Monday) and each time was unhelpful. The first time I went in to use the computer and printed out copies he seemed very unusual/unfriendly. I was hesitant to go in there again while he was there. I had a funny feeling about him. Sure enough I was right. While I was waiting to pay for my computer time and the copies I printed out, he was talking nonstop to a customer before me who already had paid. I felt was very rude because I'm charged for the amt. of time I'm on the computer, plus I'm a customer who doesnt need to hear about the manager's life story while I'm waiting in line. Finally an employee came out from the back and helped me.

My husband and I have had a mail box here for a little over 2 years and we have never had a bad experience. The owner is almost always there, he is friendly and helpful and so are his employees. He has greeted us by our first names from the day we rented the box. If I forget my box keys, or bring the wrong key, he immediately opens the box for me and NEVER makes me bad about it. Every once in a while I call to ask if a specific piece of mail arrived and they have no problem checking for me. They have lots of services that we have never needed to use, but it's nice to know they are there. Getting a mail box here is definitely one of our better choices.
