HORRIBLE !!!

HOA'S AND PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE



As property owner of several homes and condos.



It's my personal opinion DOUG @ PERSONAL TOUCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT,

SAN DIMAS exhibits zero professional property management skills, extremely rude, condescending and completely chauvinistic.



Upon visiting the office on two separate times, (months apart) I found office to be Extremely Messy. Shacks and Shacks of Files and Paper stacked on Desks, Chairs and Numerous Areas of the Floor. I found it to be in my opinion a complete unorganized mess.



Office secretary quickly advised the office is not computer automated or savvy, and not able to accept HOA Dues by Online Payment, Direct Deposit, or by Credit Card.



In reading another online review by Eric, I too have experienced similar issues and have heard similar complaints by other property owners in our complex.



PERSONAL TOUCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE SERVICE APPEARS TO BE CONSISTENT FROM COMPLEX TO COMPLEX !!!
