The grounds are fairly well kept and the neighbors are really wonderful but management is unpleasant,disrespectful to the tenants. They don't enforce the rules that are in the lease and they impose rules that are not in the lease Recently we received a letter stating: tenants cannot gather in common areas after dusk! This is an active senior community! The reason stated for the no gathering rule: "this is how gangs are formed". Oh my God. The apartments themselves are very outdated. No storage, no linen closets, the appliances are very old, as are the kitchen sinks and the plumbing is questionable. Laundry rooms adjacent to each apartment building have only one washer and one dryer. Very inconvenient.The management does not keep it's word when it has agreed to something or promised something. There are very few activities to participate in. Just occasional food related gatherings.Very limited activities. If you're considering this place...look elsewhere
