The review by "Triton R." is an obvious fake by probably an ex-employee who holds a grudge.
The facts are this: the name "Triton" is a company name of one of Tecnadyne's customers, not the name of this imposter who is using it to just to write a fake review and seek vengance against Tecnadyne.

I had gotten a couple of products from this place and the first time the thruster came to me inoperable, so i ask for a replacement and the customer service was horrible. unwilling to fix what they sent to me inop in the first place!
