Sunroad Enterprises is a real estate developer with a portfolio of projects throughout Southern California, Colorado and Mexico. Located in San Diego, the company manages the Maderas Golf Club in Poway, Calif. Sunroad Enterprises developed Maderas in 1999. It also helped develop Sunroad Centrum in Kearny Mesa, a master planned development with more than 1 million square feet of office space adjacent to condo and apartment housing. Sunroad Enterprises also operates a family of car dealerships that sell Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru and Toyota models.
