      I have lived here since November 2013. The management is the worst I have ever encountered. The building is not maintained in any way. We have had massive plumbing backups at least weekly since Nov 9 2013. Over and over we have been dealing with our tub and bathroom filling up with sewage. The only solution the plumbers they send offer is to drain the raw sewage out onto the lawn so that a river of sewage flows down the lawn and into the street. They have not made any attempts to fix this. This month, I served them with a notice that I would be withholding rent until this was addressed, as is my right. And what have they done today? Served me with an notice to pay rent or quit, which isn't legal. I'm fed up with these slumlords and this disgusting building. There are so many issues which need to be fixed, and I will not pay them a dime until they are fixed completely and this place passes a city inspection. Do NOT rent ANY apartments from SOS Property/SD Property.
