Aviod this company at all costs!!! Horrible customer service and very rude people when you call!!!

The service was prompt and accurate. The recipient said the flowers were delivered on time and that they were beautiful and really cheered up.

This was the most amazing arrangement I've ever seen! It lasted forever (or so it seemed!), and there were so many roses in the vase it was unbelievable! The recipient was more than happy, she was completely overwhelmed-and the price was right. I was extremely happy with your sercices. I ordered the flowers and they were delivered within a couple of hours. It was easy to place the order online and I called to ask a question and the lady was very helpful. It seems like now-a-days companies lack customer service but San Diego Rose Company is doing great! I placed my order via the web, received a prompt notice via email my order was received and being processed. I called to clarify my request and received great customer service. I was completely satisfied with your selection, prices, and quality of the arrangement that I sent to my sister for her birthday. The roses were still in great shape 5 days after delivery. My mother called this store to order a beautiful flower arrangement for my 30th birthday. When i received the orchids, it was not worth the money. for 100$, the orchids were mixed and not uniform. My mother was extremely disappointed. We called the manager Matt within the first 30 min of the delivery (As advised on their website to contact if dissatisfied within 24 hours) and the lady who answered the call said he would call back. We emailed him and called and no response for two days. I tried calling on my friends cell immediately after calling on my phone and the lady picked up. SO basically she was BLOCKING my calls. She rudely responds informing me that matt is gone for the weekend and for me to call back...She replies she is just the messenger and can't help. So I am stuck with no response and was told to hold the flowers for a week and wait till matt contacts me. It has now been over two weeks and NO CONTACT! It is unfortunate to do business with people who don't understand professionalism in terms of business and courtesy.



SO if you choose this company and do not like your flowers..please be advised. You may get your phone calls BLOCKED!!!

You guys have incredible service and your website is so easy to use. My girlfriend who received the roses I sent said " If I traveled the world for a lifetime I could not find more perfect and beautiful flowers". She absolutely loved them! Had to send flowers at last min. for my daughters birthday. I placed my order online and you delivered within hours. She sent pix of the beautiful Rose arrangement and I was pleasantly surprised. The price was great. Could not be happier.

Do NOT use this co! The flowers were OLD, WILTED & lasted about a day! I tried emailing them 4 TIMES explaining the issues, but they CONVENIENTLY ignored each & every attmept!

The flowers I received at the hospital were the absolute best. The arrangement was better than any I have seen, and if taken care of properly the flowers do last a long time. DO NOT HESITATE...USE THIS FLORIST.
