Submitted my tablet per their instructions on the website in 28 Nov, since it was during the holidays i waited to contact them in Jan 2017. Was told they never received my tablet, but was charge 69.00 on credit card. To this day been ignored trying to get money back.

Herman greene shipped Galaxy note 4 with new camera lens to be installed. Sent by USPS March 16, 2015 and after numerous phone calls and emails talking to David and getting it shipped with only 15 tracking #'s and finally, he said, found in Fort Worth, Texas which is 75 milers from my home. He says he had it shipped back to him. This is the kind of runaround I have been getting for 11 months.
I am retired do i have plenty of time to waste.

I do not recommend this place. Abusive people. They charge me more than 300 bucks for reinstall the software of my Galaxy Note. They abused of my condition of visitor and my urgency. I traveled a lot and can say is difficult to find a company so abusive like this one, even in the third world. Very bad experience.

My son's Sony PlayStation started acting up a couple months ago. It was kind of a bummer because it was a gift for his birthday. I looked these guys up on the web and they were so cool. I took it in; they diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a really short time. The techs really know their stuff and have been working on these game consoles for years. This is the place you want to go to get your technological nightmares fixed.

I brought in a windows XP laptop that was having blue screen issues. It was diagnosed the same day (!) and I got a call back with the results from the technician who worked on it. I really appreciate their speed and also you can tell they are very professional. The repairs were affordable and the computer was returned to me much faster than before. I think it's even a little faster than when I bought it.

Yea, I play first person shooters online and these guys optimized my system to run lag free. Also upgraded my video card and RAM, now I'm fragging like no ones business. Also removed a ton on spyware and adware from my computer, that's probably why it was running slow in the first place. Thanks guys.
