We are San Diego's premier Osteopathic Medical Center, offering comprehensive and integrative health care. Our mission is to teach patients how to find and promote health within themselves. By working with Dr. Laura Sobieck, who is an osteopath, patients will discover how their bodies work and learn how to listen to their bodies' signals in order to maximize their health. This is accomplished with a thorough holistic health evaluation and the development of an individualized treatment plan, including osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) and recommendations regarding healthy lifestyle changes.
