Raffaella Morelli, born, raised and educated in Rome, Italy, has been Salvatores heart and soul, since its opening in late 1987. Deceivingly simple, Raffaellas dishes, using the finest and freshest of ingredients, find a delicate balance, only achievable through her many years of loving labor in the kitchen.
