I’ve always had a great experience with R&D Pest Services. I tell Paul what I need and he goes above and beyond recommending spraying areas I didn’t even think about. He’s professional, very punctual and thorough. I have the bi-monthly service, good value.

R&D Pest Services has been taking care of the ants at my house for 6 to 7 years now. We use to have them in our bathrooms, kitchens, in the cerial containers, in the baby food.... can't tell you how much food we had thrown away becasue of our ant problem. We contacted R&D pest Services about 7 years ago and have not seen a single ant inside our home since. I know they are around because when ever we walk around the neighborhood they are everywhere (but not in the house anymore). Even some of the neighbors are using them now.

We were quite annoyed by the ants in our home recently. They are everywhere in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We were very worried since we have a small baby and we were afraid anything bad to him.

We found R&D Pest Services and they removed all the ants for us in one day. It's the best pest control service we found in San Diego. They work with you to create a plan to exterminates the existing pest and deters future ones.

It's also the most affordable service we found after comparing several providers in San Diego. The pricing is reasonable and highly recommended.

Their service is very good as well. They explained thoroughly how the pest control plan works and what we should do later on.

I’ve been using R&D for years to control gophers and rats. Mark has been our regular technician and has been very professional, friendly and quick to respond to any additional needs. He even recommended a termite control company since they don’t do termites. His recommendation was spot on. That company was also very helpful and didn’t scam me for a tenting job I didn’t need. I highly recommend R&D for your pest problems.

R&D has the friendliest and most knowledgeable technicians in all of San Diego. Whenever I find a bug I'm worried about I can show my technician and he's able to tell me what it is and if I need to worry about it. Their treatments are also pet friendly which is great as my 4 dogs can play in the yard after treatment without worry.

I have been using R&D Pest Services for many many years now and I have not seen an ant since. For the most part my pest control person comes and goes without me even knowing he has been here. On occasion when I am home, he will take a moment to make sure I don’t have any questions or concerns. I have two large dogs and he is great with them as well. I have recommended R&D to a few of my friends and they too are thrilled with the service and are still using them as well. I would absolutely rate them A+.

We have been with R&D for some time now, and continue to be very pleased with the service. Due to living by an open preserve, we had many issues with rats, which R&D quickly resolved. Maintenance has kept them away for many years. Ants are no longer an issue. If insects become a problem, R&D will quickly come out to assist and resolve the situation. Dave does a great job of keeping us updated on the condition of our property. I also appreciate that the materials used are safe for animals. R&D is highly recommended.
