I chose Quinn Ryan based upon its representation of providing excellent customer service to all clients, including smaller businesses such as my own. Unfortunately, this representation has not translated into reality. When Quinn Ryan lost its account with the company in place to process my transactions, I agreed to switch payment processors upon Quinn Ryan's assurance that it would close out my account with the previous processor. My account was never closed and since that time I continue to be billed by both companies. Quinn Ryan has remainunresponsive to my calls. In addition, I chose this company upon the promise of free processing equipment while under contract. I was provided with equipment, but that equipment was unreliable rendering me unable to process transactions about 60% of the time, forcing me to purchase my own equipment. I am sorely disappointed by my choice, and presently working on extricating myself from this company, which is no easy feat.
