This frame repair company does fabulous work in a very timely manner. At a very reasonable price, and usually with a one year warrantee on their work. I would highly recommend them! They even provide a drop slot for after hours so you can pick up your glasses finished the next day!!!

Very rude, poor customer service. I was treated as an inconvenience to the mother and daughter assistance team and even when I apologized for not having my receipt ticket to pick up my glasses, they were rude and refused to apologise for rolling eyes and acting in a most unprofessional manner. I would avoid this store in future. They do not deserve your business. I have contacted Costco about Pro-Mec's poor service record. Costco's Optician services in Mission Valley hand out Pro-Mec business cards. I recommended that they cease doing so.

I've been coming to Pro-Mec for many years and have always been very pleased with their quality in repairing my glasses! Their service is very fast, and my glasses always come back looking like new! I refer all my friends to get their glasses fixed at Pro-Mec Optical!

I took my glasses in to repair one of the temples. They repaired it fairly quickly and efficiently. However, when I got home, I noticed a fuzziness on the left lens. I took a closer look and found tiny scratches on it and the anti-reflective coating was smeared off. I also noticed a ridge on the surface of the lens which I know wasn't there before! I called to inform the sales clerk and right away dismissed that they were responsible for it. I DID NOT HAVE THOSE scratches there before and I wore them the night before. They were also kept in the case the entire time. Only after I brought it to PRO Mec that I noticed those scratches. The sales clerk did not offer to take a llook at them and dismissed my complaint right away. SHe even hung up on me because she wanted me to "calm down". She needed to calm down. Beware of this place. They advertised they've been around for many years, yet their level of service doesn't show integrity with customers!
