Ms. Splaine then received her J.D. from Pennsylvania’s Duquesne University in 2000 and began practicing law in Philadelphia the same year. Ms. Splaine moved to Las Vegas in 2002 and has worked with LGC since 2004. Ms. Splaine practices in the area of civil litigation and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Nevada. Ms. Splaine litigates construction defect, wrongful death, personal injury, and subrogation cases. She is also experienced in complex commercial litigation concerning closely held businesses and corporations.
