The level of privacy that the guests felt is owed to the distinctive décor and orchestration unique to founder Gary Zendell. I particularly liked the imported Filipino Capiz-art table pieces that doubled as gifts for the guests.

The wedding environment Platinum Party Rentals created for me at a popular Pacific Beach, SD resort was one of transformation to an intimate island hideaway, complete with acoustic guitar, serenades, and sunsets in the water.

I visited 3 party rental companies before I made my decision to go with Platinum for my rentals. They were the most professional and the most knowledgeable about the business. They recommended caterers and offered to help out with all aspects of my planning. I got the bamboo arch and some white chairs for my ceremony. The delivery was prompt and the chairs looked great!

Great product and really helpful. My experience was wonderful with PLATINUM PARTY RENTALS. Everyone I talked to was so nice, and their equipment was really well maintained. Wow where do I start, I was referred to Platinum Party Rentals from another party rental company that did not have the chairs and tent I needed. I contacted Alan and he was able to assist me with everything, their products were beautiful and the service was great I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish

I shopped A LOT for my wedding equipment. There are so many hidden costs and everything that I wanted to be sure. I called like 5 places, and I could hardly get anyone to speak with me. When I called Platinum Allan spent like 30 minutes on the phone with me. He sent me an itemized quote through email, and then followed up to make sure I got it. I was like, FINALLY! I went to their cute little showroom and spent an hour looking through swatches and talking about different options. I booked with them, and I'm glad I did. Everything was great! You gotta use this company!

He educated me about the industry and was just overall a very nice, honest man. The rest of the crew was great too, The drivers were courteous and the equipment was tip-top! Planning a wedding is stressful, and I'm the first to admit that I'm a tough customer, but when I find someone who treats me well, I am a great advocate. My experience with Platinum was great from beginning to end. I called around to several party rental companies looking for pricing. Platinum was the only company that took the time to write me out an estimate on the spot, and educate me a bit about the industry. They invited me in to their showroom, which was beautiful. Gary spent 2 hours with me going through swatch books and showing me different options for equipment. He practically planned my wedding for me. He suggested a caterer, a florist, and he even sent me to look at a few venues. We took his advice with the caterer, who was also excellent. They were prompt, courteous, and ever so patient. I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. I recommend Platinum to anyone.
