PILATEZENERGY’s sessions are focused on you reaching your sustainable development goals. Whether you are training for a marathon, toning up, have pain or health issues, or are concerned about maintaining your overall physique, Kate will guide you to fulfill your target objectives. If you have found you are not receiving the benefits of Pilates, have “plateaued” in your Pilates practice, or have not reached the results you desire from attending a group class environment, then PILATEZENERGY is the place for you.
