WARNING!** If you have to use them protect yourself! When I entered my rental property, there was damages to some blinds, I called Penny to inform them right away,which tells me they did not walk thru condo before I got there. I was not to concerned about since we just arrived and reported. When I checked out I was given a list of minors damages to property that I was being accused of, the blinds being main issue, they stated that fingerprints on tv by my son requires extra cost to clean, they will attempt to have you pay for the required maintenance, stating it was damages!! If you have to use them I would recommend that you take a video of the condo as soon as you enter and as soon as you leave. My family and I have been renting Condos on Mission Beach for 20+ years, used this company many times, however I believe recently they have hired new staff. Never will use again.
