I purchased a Kirby vacuum on October 31, 2014. It was a crazy amount of money that I didn't really have, but did it. :-( I met the requirement of returning the vacuum within 3 days in attempts to get my full refund within the promised 10 days for my $2,698.00! I've made countless calls and today being day 17 and keep being told they have to do an audit first. Then I get told I would receive a bank transaction confirmation number. seriously??? No body has called me even ONCE and I'm get extremely agitated! The vacuum has been returned, my original vacuum was taken at the time of sale and never got that back either. I paid $97 courier charge to make sure they got my return notice within the 3 days...and the courier service said no one was there and later found they were at a conference. I went to great lengths to make good on my end, and I haven't received the same courtesy. This is VERY BAD business and frankly, I'll never talk to a door-to-door dealer again!
