Although it was raining the day I visited Luella Boutique, it didnt damper my experience there. The warm glow from the gorgeous centerpiece chandelier brightened things right up. Its a tiny boutique on a quiet street, so it may be hard to notice unless youre already walking down the block. Typically, the sales rack is parked outside, but due to the weather it was tucked away in the dry safety near the back of the store. The boutique possesses an atmosphere of femininity and classiness that allows the clothes to shine and the simple dcor serve as an elegant backdrop.
