The building features key-coded entry and 24-hour video surveillance for security. Navigating is easy with elevators on every floor. We are accessible from major freeways, with convenient parking and a load-in area. Affordable rental rates allow bands to share rooms. Rooms range from 60 to 400 sf. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. All rooms are acoustically sound with ample outlets. Hourly rentals and spaces for band and DJ rehearsal, drum practice and lessons, painting, and more are available.
