Lyft has their mentor sessions, but the quality of the training depends on the mentor. Some are great and covers all the basics, while some just meet with you, mark a few checkboxes and then leave and usually there is no way to contact your mentor again. Uber has a few videos that goes over how to start/end a trip and that's about it.
