My car was having an intermittant electrical probelm. I was afraid of the cost for diagnosis so I researched it and found out what the possible problem was. I called the dealer and asked what it would cost to replace that part. They quoted me $289 dollars. I was shocked and afraid that more diagnosis might be necessary if that wern't the problem. So I found several electrical repair shops on the internet. Kennedy Auto Electric had two five star reviews. They quoted me an hour for the initial diagnosis at $84 dollars. They also said they checked the parts to see if they worked rather than replace parts to see if that fixed the problem. I took it in and left it. In about an hour they called and said it was exactly the part I had thought it might be and the final bill was LESS than the quote. $82 dollars comparedd to the $289 at the dealership. They were courteous and explained everything to me. Five stars!
