KUDOS to your Officer on duty at the Poway DMV had a incident out side with a very inconsiderate patron he was smoking within the area of all us waiting Officer reminded him of the code directed him where to go to finish his cigarette patron became irrational Officer handled firmly and respectfully even as the guy was screaming curse words at him.
