Founded in 1974, Harper Construction provides is a design-build general contractor. Based in San Diego, Calif., it offers services for preconstruction, construction as well as design/development phase. The company's construction projects span military lodges/hotels, retail and community centers, single and multi-family housing, training facilities and aviation control towers, among others. Harper Construction also serves the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force.
