I recently received a house cleaning from Golden Shine, and was impressed by both their work quality and customer service. They were extremely accommodating. My main power needed to be reset, and they were happy to do it while I walked them through it on the phone. It's these signs of a service company that is being willing to go above and beyond that make me choose their services over others. Golden Shine definitely went above and beyond.

I was very happy with the job Golden Shine did at my house today! Jolene and Melissa really did a great job! Because Golden Shine met the price of my former cleaning agency, I am switching to Golden Shine. Their service is superior! I am scheduling another cleaning in two weeks.

So, I recently came to the conclusion that I'm just not cut out for cleaning and other household chores, so I set off to find a great cleaning service that could do my dirty work for me. After trying a couple other companies I happened across Golden Shine, and I have to say, they are a total class act. The woman I spoke to was very professional, courteous and was able to setup a cleaning on short notice. The cleaner they sent was fantastic and did a wonderful job on my home. The quality of the cleaning I received was waaaaay better than previous cleanings I'd gotten from a couple other local cleaning companies, and they were similarly priced. I wish I'd made the decision to have Golden Shine clean my home 10 years ago. Now I know what I've been missing, I'm definitely going to be making up for lost time. I would definitely recommend using these guys if you are looking for a good house cleaning agency.

I would give Golden Shine 10 Stars if I could. The service has always been excellent! My house is cleaned every other week and they are in and out while I'm at work (I wouldn't know anyone had been there except for the fact the house is spotless). Everything is ALWAYS put exactly where it belongs (this might sound odd but I've had several cleaning jobs done from others where I spend 20 minutes when I get home from work just putting things back in their place). On top of the incredible cleaning job they do, the service as a whole is wonderful. They are very organized and flexible. I would recommend them to anyone! THANKS GOLDEN SHINE!

Golden Shine is wonderful! I have nothing but positive things to say about their service. They were very prompt in getting me a quote, booking an appointment was simple. I felt very comfortable with Tori, who came to clean. She was very nice and did everything I asked. I will definitely use Golden Shine again and again, and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I heard their "move out" cleaning service was great as well!

You did an absolutely AMAZING job, and I've never seen this place so clean. You guys are head and shoulders ahead of my last cleaning company. I'm already looking forward to our next appointment.- Jill Renslow
