I am a current resident at the Lofts at 655 Sixth.



I really like my unit and the location is great.



However, three things that I am very disappointed about are;

1. My unit was not ready when I moved in. The keys were not made for me when I went to pick them up and there were people still inside of my unit cleaning it.

2. I pay $100.00 each month for parking (never a late payment). My car was correctly registered in TheLofts online database upon move in. They wrongfully towed my car from the parking garage. When I asked the office why my car was towed, they were unable to tell me why. My receipt from the towing company indicates that the reason for being towed was "parking permit expired" (my permit is current).

3. The "gym". The treadmill and the elliptical do not work.
