      Courtland has been involved in the finance and real estate business for over 16 years. He started his career in investment banking and venture capital funding right out of college, then transitioned into financial planning. He then obtained his Real Estate License in 2004 and found that he had real knack for it. Courtland can bring a lot to the table because of his finance background and his passion to help his clients buy, sell or invest in San Diego Real Estate. He will bring you not only complete focus to your needs and desires, but also the expertise and knowledge you need to sell your existing property, find your next home,find the right investment property for you or help you find the home of your dreams. In addition to helping individuals find homes and investments, Courtland is very involved in the community. He was President of Kiwanis Scripps/Mira Mesa for two years and has been an Ambassador with the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce covering Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa, Tierasanta, Miramar, Scripps Ranch, and Scripps Poway for three years. He has served on the Mira Mesa Town Council Board and was involved with the Mira Mesa Theater Guild - as President.
