I needed a bike for my 6yr old son and myself. I planned on spending the day shopping around town before making a purchase. What originally got me to head down to Cal Coast was the phone call. I spoke with a very professional , knowledgeable , no nonsense but most importantly super nice sales guy. I decided to check them out first. Knowing nothing about bikes but knew what I wanted and what my budget was, I was lucky to deal with the guy I spoke with on the phone. Taking into consideration everything, he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Before making a decision he insisted on making comparisons , take test drives and let me make up my own mind instead of pushing me into a certain sale. After making a decision he gave me a full briefing on the bikes and made sure I was fully informed before leaving. They made sure both bikes were adjusted and inspected. My son and I left very happy and will be returning customers .
