I recently had a cleaning as well as multiple appointments to remove old fillings and replace them with new ones. It's a huge project, so I still have a couple appointments ahead of me and I'm finding myself actually looking forward to going back to the Brighton Dental office. I'm just about 50 years old now and have visited dentists regularly for more than a quarter of my life. Up until this point, I had NEVER had a dental experience like I had at Brighton.

I was comfortable and cared for the whole time, and how new an experience this was in a medical environment was only further imprinted on me when Dr. Woods leaned over me and said "I have one rule...zero pain" at the point where I was feeling most vulnerable. Because it was about to *get real* on my third molar and the tools had come out. Despite the dental issues I had been having (will spare everyone the details), she kept her promise. If there was even the slightest wrinkle of my eyebrow she'd stop what she was doing and check in with me.

So, I've been throwing the Brighton name around anytime anyone mentions that they need to get dental work done, and I even sent an email out to my coworkers since we're all on the same plan. No one enjoys going to the dentist much so I can't promise it will be all peaches for everyone, but I feel absolutely certain the experience will be better than wherever they're going now.

What a great dental experience! This was my first visit to Brighton Dental San Diego. Everyone was extremely nice, on schedule, professional... and I had forgotten how pain free dental work can and should be. Wow! Great experience.

As a man, I was a bit hesitant talking to anyone about “cosmetic” procedures. When I talked to Dr. Paige Woods about the displeasure that I had for my smile, she provided me with a list of options that could transform my smile. I’m very pleased that Dr. Woods suggested dental veneers, and I really like the way my smile looks thanks to her.

About six months ago Dr. Paige Woods informed me that I needed to have a dental implant placed in my mouth. I made an appointment for a few days later, but I ended up canceling and rescheduling. This process went on for two more times, until finally Dr. Woods called me directly. She asked if I was okay and if I was avoiding the treatment. When I told her that I was apprehensive and nervous, she talked me through the entire process and made me feel so much better. I finally got the courage to have my tooth fixed, and things feel so much better. Dr. Woods showed that she really cares by calling me and really asking detailed questions about how I felt.

I have had trouble with dentists in the past, so when I moved to San Diego I was nervous about finding a new one. I don't have a fear of dentist, it's just really hard to find a good one that is reasonably priced and will work with you. I had a colleague recommend Dr. Stevens after he had his wisdom teeth pulled last minute on a budget and loved him. I have been going to him now for 2 years. I had a crown re-done and he worked with me on payments and did amazing work. He even helped me with a retainer to straighten out my front teeth months before my wedding. He's personable and does great work! I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Stevens, and everyone who has gone has had the same experience. Even my husband, who HATES going to the dentist, was thoroughly impressed. I am moving from San Diego in a few weeks and I'm getting in one last appointment before I go. Dr. Stevens will be one of the things I miss most about San Diego...it's just plain hard to find a good dentist!

I am a big wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. But Dr. Stevens and his staff were super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I had to have a filling fixed and it didn't hurt and it was done perfect.. I definitely recommend them!

Yes, Dr. Stevens and his staff are very nice - but the quality of work is inferior. It also took 2 times as long as stated (3 months!). And they did not seem to care that I was not satisfied...I will have the work redone when I can afford it...

I didn't know what to do about my ugly front teeth...I had crowns placed about 10 years ago and I have always hated them...Dr.Stevens placed new beautiful, natural looking crowns and I LOVE THEM!
